Job Description

As part of our expansion in French-speaking Switzerland, we are looking for a Sales Executive to support the growth of our solution Technis Energy Intelligence.

Reporting to the Head of Sales Energy, you will play a key role in developing our presence in this strategic market. You will work on both existing opportunities and new business development.

Your responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a strong pipeline of sales opportunities
  • Identify and engage key decision-makers (real estate owners, asset managers, property managers, large enterprises)
  • Manage complex and long sales cycles (6–12 months)
  • Sell solutions combining hardware (sensors) and software (SaaS platforms)
  • Build strong value propositions around energy performance and ESG challenges
  • Lead negotiations and close deals
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (technical, project, operations)
