Job Description
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing and expanding a national portfolio of clients within the industrial sector. This is a hybrid role combining farming (account management) and hunting (new business development).
Your key responsibilities include:
- Managing and developing relationships with existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention
- Identifying new business opportunities and actively prospecting new customers across Belgium
- Understanding client needs and proposing tailored technical/commercial solutions
- Negotiating contracts and closing deals
- Collaborating closely with internal teams (technical, operations, customer service)
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activity
- Reporting on sales performance and pipeline development
