Job Description

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred).
  • At least 1–3 years’ experience in sales, customer service, or account management (logistics experience is an advantage).
  • Strong understanding of logistics operations (warehousing, transport, distribution) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email); experience with WMS/TMS is an advantage.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple client accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for warehousing, transport, and logistics services.
  • Manage client inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow through on sales leads.
