The position is within Kimpton Los Monteros Marbella, a luxury hotel located in Marbella.

As Sales Executive, under the general direction of the Commercial Director, you will be responsible for booking and servicing group enquiries, and providing exceptional customer service to guests and clients.

Responsibilities

• Implement the hotel’s MICE sales processes, including request for proposal, follow‑ups, negotiation, and contracting of group‑related business.
• Manage the MICE segment from enquiry to complete group operations.
• Distribute all Banquet Event Orders (BEO) and Group Fact Sheets (GFS) in a timely manner.
• Arrange and conduct special events, site inspections, and off‑site presentations for potential clients.
• Negotiate guest room rates, meeting room rental, function space, and/or hotel services within approved booking guidelines.
