Job Description

My client are seeking an experienced and motivated Used Commercial Vehicle Sales Executive to manage and grow their Volkswagen (VW) Used Vehicle operation at their Bicester dealership. This role offers the chance to build a successful and profitable sales department, working independently while reporting to the Used Vehicle Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Sell VW Used Approved and Non-Franchise Light Commercial Vehicles.
Ensure the forecourt display meets VW Brand Standards for appearance.
Handle online and walk-in customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.
Conduct accurate appraisals of part exchange vehicles.
Manage the sales process from initial deposit to vehicle handover and follow up with customers post-sale.
Proactively prospect for new business opportunities, both with new and existing customers.
Maintain and nurture relationships with existing customers.
