- Closely liaise and coordinate with principals for achieving sales & coverage objectives.
- Ensure and monitor effective time and attendance management including of team members as per the stated guidelines on working hours.
- Prepare sales targets/objectives for the supervisors and sales team and upon approval; put it into plan of action for timely achievement
- Monitor the achievement of the sales at regular intervals and compare it with the actual plan of action.
