Job Description

  • Closely liaise and coordinate with principals for achieving sales & coverage objectives.
  • Ensure and monitor effective time and attendance management including of team members as per the stated guidelines on working hours.
  • Prepare sales targets/objectives for the supervisors and sales team and upon approval; put it into plan of action for timely achievement
  • Monitor the achievement of the sales at regular intervals and compare it with the actual plan of action.
  • Identify variances from the sales targets and take corrective measures.
