Job Description
Sales executives are responsible for generating excellent sales and profits by leading a team who consist of senior and junior staff as well as promoters. They plan and manage sales activities, as well as enhance staff and promoters’ performance through motivational and disciplinary methods.
Responsibilities- Plan the duty roster of the staff and promoters working under his or her section.
- Propose promotional and sales strategies to enhance section sales
- Manage section and individual staff sales performance across various metrics (total sales, extended warranties sold et cetera)
- Execute improvement tactics if performance of section and individual staff fail to achieve daily and monthly targets
- Identify and correct behavioral and work performance issues of staff and promoters in the section.
