We are looking for a Sales Group Manager to strengthen our ambitious sales team in Santiago, Chile. You will work with the world’s leading telematics solutions and master B2B sales skills. Teltonika’s telematics business unit develops and produces easy‑to‑use GPS tracking devices for fleet management in logistics, agriculture, car sharing, construction, and more. We set new standards for the industry and need a talent‑driven team that can adapt their knowledge and seize opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Lead, train, motivate, and maintain your own sales team representing Teltonika Telematics.
- Execute strategic plans to reach sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Direct and manage the performance and development of your team.
- Provide training and counselling for individual team members to ensure targets are met.
