Formulating GTM Strategies, business planning, forecasting

• Hold direct P&L responsibility for a segment/Sector, with sales quota of team members rolling up

• Build relationships at C-Level with key clients

• Understand and comply with order booking, revenue, invoicing and collection processes

• Understanding customer's business, strategies, objectives & position our offerings accordingly

• Mentor & coach sales team members

Requirements

Individual with overall 20+ years’ experience with a minimum of 8 to10 years of quota-carrying sales experience

• Prior experience in selling Engineering R&D services with domain experience in Manufacturing / Industrial / Medical / Life Sciences
