Job Summary:

Leads the hotel’s sales strategy to drive revenue, occupancy, and market growth while building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to meet revenue targets
  • Manage corporate, group, and travel accounts
  • Identify new business opportunities and market segments
  • Lead, coach, and monitor the Sales Team
  • Handle client negotiations and partnerships
  • Track sales performance, forecasting, and reporting
  • Coordinate with operations and marketing teams

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality
  • 5–8 years hotel sales experience, with leadership background
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Experience in corporate and group accounts
