Velociti is hiring a Sales Head to own and drive sales across our residential projects in Bengaluru.

We're looking for someone who's hands-on, hungry to grow, and has the right mix of team leadership and real estate sales experience.

What you'll do:

• Own sales strategy and execution across multiple projects
• Lead and manage the on-ground sales team
• Drive conversions, pipeline management, and channel partner relationships
• Work closely with marketing, CRM, and project teams
• Track performance, forecasts, and market trends

What we're looking for:

• 7–12 years in real estate sales — Bengaluru market experience is a must
• Have managed a sales team and handled project sales independently
