Job Description

What You'll Do

  • Support the design, modeling, and documentation of sales incentive compensation plans (ICPs) for roles across the GTM organization including AEs, SDRs, CSMs and Sales Management.

  • Administer monthly and quarterly commission calculations; partner with Finance and Revenue Operations to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and auditability of all commission payouts.

  • Maintain and audit data within the company's incentive compensation management (ICM) platform (Spiff) and flag discrepancies for resolution.

  • Produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly GTM compensation reporting — including attainment summaries, overage/accelerator analysis, and plan cost-to-revenue ratios — for Sales leadership and Finance.

  • Field and resolve commission‑related inquiries from sales reps and managers, escalating complex disputes per defined SLA.
