Role & Responsibilities
We are looking for an Account Executive Manager to act as the founding sales leader of the Barcelona office.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and leading the Barcelona Sales Hub, shaping local culture, rituals and daily operations.
- Recruiting, onboarding and ramping Italian‑speaking Account Executives, owning the full hiring and development cycle.
- Full ownership of SMB outbound revenue, including ARR targets, pipeline coverage, win rate, sales cycle length, ACV, discount discipline and forecast accuracy.
- Leading and coaching full‑cycle AEs, through weekly 1:1s, pipeline reviews, live call coaching and deal strategy sessions.
- Executing and continuously improving the outbound sales operating system, adapting proven playbooks to the local team.
- Close collaboration with Marketing, Partnerships and Product to maximise pipeline generation and conversion.
