Job Description
Saal.ai is a UAE-headquartered Big Data and AI product company serving government, defence, energy, and regulated enterprise clients across the GCC. We are looking for a driven, technically grounded Sales Manager to own the full sales cycle — from prospecting senior decision-makers in Abu Dhabi’s government ecosystem through to commercial closure — representing our platform portfolio including DataPrism360, DigiXT, and Saal Agent Studio.
Key Responsibilities- Own and grow a target account pipeline across Abu Dhabi government, semi-government, energy, and regulated enterprise sectors
- Drive end-to-end sales cycles through consultative selling — needs discovery, solution mapping, proposal, negotiation, and commercial close
- Translate complex AI and Big Data capabilities into compelling value propositions for both technical and C-suite audiences
