We are looking for a talented Sales Manager to join our team specializing in Sales for our Meritor Aftermarket Department in Poland, Remote
We are seeking for a specialist with a proven track record within the Independent Aftermarket (IAM) , specifically a deep understanding of Heavy-Duty (HD) Truck axle and braking components to drive regional growth .
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Drive regional growth within the Independent Aftermarket by applying strong knowledge of Heavy-Duty truck axle and braking components to targeted account strategies.
Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with assigned accounts, ensuring consistent alignment with customer and business objectives.
Expand revenue by identifying new opportunities, growing existing accounts, and executing account sales plans in line with the overall business strategy.
