We are looking for a talented Sales Manager to join our team specializing in Sales for our Meritor Aftermarket Department in Poland, Remote


We are seeking for a specialist with a proven track record within the Independent Aftermarket (IAM) , specifically a deep understanding of Heavy-Duty (HD) Truck axle and braking components to drive regional growth .

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Drive regional growth within the Independent Aftermarket by applying strong knowledge of Heavy-Duty truck axle and braking components to targeted account strategies.


  • Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with assigned accounts, ensuring consistent alignment with customer and business objectives.


  • Expand revenue by identifying new opportunities, growing existing accounts, and executing account sales plans in line with the overall business strategy.
