MacDonald Search Group has been asked by our foodservice equipment and supply client to recruit a Market Sales Leader to oversee sales performance and team development across Manitoba and Saskatchewan. This leadership role combines hands‑on field coaching, strategic account management, and sales execution, with responsibility for driving revenue growth, margin performance, and customer retention across the market.

Some of what you will do:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of territory sales representatives and showroom sales professionals across the region
  • Drive achievement of revenue, margin, customer acquisition, and retention objectives
