Job Description
Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new capital project opportunities in the upstream oil and gas market, especially floating production projects such as FPSOs, FSOs and FSUs.
Build strong relationships with owners, operators, EPCs, shipyards, OEMs, package vendors, and other project influencers.
Engage customers early in the project lifecycle (pre-FEED, FEED, specification, and tender stages) to improve positioning and win rates.
Promote the company’s products, solutions, and services to support project specifications and commercial success.
Lead and manage the project sales pipeline, ensuring high-quality opportunity development, regular follow-up, and accurate forecasting.
Guide and coach sales associates to improve pursuit effectiveness, sales discipline, and execution quality.
Coordinate closely with internal teams including applications, engineering, proposals, customer service, operations, and management to support project pursuit activities.
