Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Greet and assist customers, provide information about products and services, and address inquiries to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product offerings, features, and promotions to guide customers and provide recommendations.
  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team in achieving targets by engaging customers and encouraging sales, either through direct selling or in-store promotions.
  • Stock Management: Help manage inventory by restocking shelves, organizing products, and monitoring stock levels.
  • Processing Transactions: Handle cash, credit, and returns efficiently through the point-of-sale (POS) system.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required).
  • Previous retail or sales experience is a plus but not always required.
  • On-the-job training may be provided for new hires.
