Job Description
The Sales Manager will be responsible for generating property sales through the Dubai brokerage community, developing strong relationships with real estate agencies, and leading sales initiatives to achieve and exceed company targets. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in Dubai real estate, a strong broker network, and a proven track record of sales success.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with real estate brokers and agency owners across Dubai.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's broker network.
- Promote and sell Mr.8 Developments projects to brokers, investors, and end-users.
- Conduct project presentations, roadshows, and sales meetings.
- Negotiate and close property sales transactions.
