Sales Manager

Trychem is seeking a highly motivated and experienced External Account Manager to join our chemical raw materials sales team in Jafza, Dubai.

The ideal candidate will have minimum 3-4 years of sales experience in the chemical raw materials industry for construction, with a strong technical background in Chemical Engineering. Additional experience in the plastic industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly/annual sales growth and revenue targets in the coatings and construction chemicals market.
• Realize sales targets based on the customers assigned.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with customers, manufacturers, and end-users.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients, suppliers, and industry stakeholders.
