Responsibilities
- Sales & Revenue Growth: Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for secondary market sales (ready properties resale units rental investments).
- Team Leadership: Manage, train and motivate a team of real estate agents to boost performance and sales.
- Listing Management: Oversee and optimize property listings on Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle and other real estate portals. Ensure listings are high‑quality, updated and engaging with accurate details, pricing and images.
- Work with the marketing team to enhance listing visibility through featured ads and promotions.
- Market Research & Strategy: Analyze market trends, property valuations and competitor strategies to refine sales tactics.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with property owners, buyers and investors.
