Job Description
As a key member of the Commercial team the Sales Manager is responsible for developing and closing new business opportunities for RSA’s warehouse operations. The role focuses on capacity growth, yield improvement, and long-term client retention within the warehouse vertical.
Working closely with Operations, Finance, and the Customer Service team, this role ensures commercial decisions drive profitable utilisation of space and resources.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify, target, and acquire new warehouse clients aligned with RSA’s operational capacity and service capability.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve revenue and occupancy targets.
- Prepare and present tailored proposals, quotations, and commercial terms to clients.
- Conduct site visits and customer presentations, demonstrating the RSA Supply Chain value proposition.
