As a Sales Manager for Waldorf Astoria Helsinki, you will be responsible for driving hotel revenue through proactive and strategic sales activities. The role focuses on developing new business opportunities, maintaining and growing existing customer relationships, and generating future and repeat business across all relevant market segments.

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth through proactive sales efforts across consortia, corporate, groups, and Meetings & Events segments
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and market trends
  • Acquire new clients, manage key accounts, and lead contract negotiations, including handling RFPs
  • Achieve individual and departmental sales targets and contribute to the hotel’s overall commercial goals
