Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute channel expansion strategies to increase market penetration and revenue growth.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with architects, interior designers, interior contractors, distributors, and applicators.
  • Identify and recruit new channel partners to support business expansion.
  • Create and implement programs to increase partner engagement, sales productivity, and brand awareness.
  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline through channel partners and industry networks.
  • Work closely with marketing and product teams to support channel activation initiatives.
  • Monitor market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
  • Achieve revenue targets and applicator growth targets.
