As part of our expansion, we’re looking for a high-caliber Sales Manager  to join our growing leadership team. 
The Role Are you a proven leader in life insurance sales? We’re looking for a Sales Manager  who will: 
Recruit, lead, and develop a team of high-performing Financial Advisors 
Drive strategy, sales activity, and team development 
Lead by example in hitting targets and maintaining professionalism 
Represent the values of ELIA and Insular Life with integrity and care 
What We Offer Commission-based income with monthly allowance  depending on your background and final interview results: 
Level 1: ₱30,000/month
