Job Description

* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve room, banquet, and overall revenue targets.

* Lead, supervise, and support the sales team to ensure consistent achievement of goals and KPIs.

* Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with corporate accounts, travel agencies, and partners.
