Job Description
As a Sales Manager for a global leader in power transmissions and fluid power solutions , you will drive regional growth for high-performance drive systems, hydraulic motors, and pumps. This role requires a technical hunter to secure new business with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and distributors in the construction, agricultural, and material handling sectors across Malaysia and Southeast Asia.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Growth: Identify and acquire new OEM accounts in heavy machinery sectors (e.g., concrete mixers, excavators, and agricultural equipment).
- Technical Consultation: Partner with client engineering teams to propose customized transmission and hydraulic system configurations.
- Account & Distributor Management: Lead high-value partnerships and oversee a regional distributor network to ensure annual sales targets are met.
