Experience Level
5+ years of proven experience in sales , including at least 2 years in sales management or as a sales team lead .
Strong background in mechatronics-related products, industrial automation, weighing equipment, POS, lifting equipment, and industrial tools/machinery .
Proven track record managing a team of sales professionals to achieve targets.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Mechatronics, Instrumentation, Electronics, or Mechanical).
