Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the Sales team to achieve company sales targets.
  • Manage and optimize distribution, deliveries, and stock levels across stores.
  • Drive sales growth through effective product placement, account expansion, and marketing support.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and customers.
  • Coach and mentor the Sales team, setting clear goals and evaluating performance.
  • Oversee inventory management to minimize returns and losses.
  • Approve delivery schedules, purchase orders, and pricing adjustments.
  • Leverage sales data and analytics to improve sales strategies and operational efficiency.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Increase in overall sales volume.
  • Reduction in goods nearing expiry or returned.

Support for AR collection and account management.
