Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Direct Power Purchase Agreements (DPPA)
- Lead sourcing of energy from renewable assets for direct PPAs with corporate and industrial (C&I) clients.
- Develop pricing models, commercial terms, and negotiation strategies for DPPA transactions.
- Ensure alignment with internal demand
2. Retail Electricity Supply (RES) Development
- Manage the operational and strategic aspects of RES business, ensuring compliance with DOE and ERC regulations.
- Prepare for full-scale RES operations by 2027, including licensing, customer acquisition, and market positioning.
- Build relationships with potential retail customers and design bundled offerings with VinEnergo’s generation assets.
