DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Sales Management
Accomplishes sales human resource objectives:
1. Recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations
2. Planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.
3. Overseeing of Sales workforce to ensure high performance, motivation and efficiency.
Ensures achievement of sales objectives by
1. Directing Sales Department to ensure delivery of Key Result Areas (KRA’s) and achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) of each department.
2. Territory management to ensure nationwide market dominance and distribution
3. Delivering established target market share, sales target achievement and desired profitability.
