JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve targets
  • Set and track individual and team sales goals
  • Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitors
  • Maintain client relationships, and manage sales report
  • Coordinate and guide sales coordinators during site tripping with clients
  • Represent the company in client meetings and negotiations

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Atleast 2 years of sales manager experience, including 1-2 years in a leadership role
  • Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong leadership, and performance management skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and sales management tools
