Responsibilities
- Lead and drive business development within assigned verticals (Enterprise, Education, Government, Hospitality, Entertainment)
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow pipeline and close high-value AV solution deals
- Manage and mentor a team of Account Managers, driving performance and target achievement
- Build and maintain senior-level client relationships to secure long-term partnerships
- Oversee the full sales cycle from opportunity identification to deal closure
- Work closely with internal design, engineering, and project teams to deliver integrated solutions
- Monitor team pipeline, sales forecasts, and performance metrics
- Identify market opportunities and guide team direction based on industry trends
