- Maintain close communication with customers regarding quotations, order progress, and production status.
- Monitor, analyze, and manage customer information to support strategic sales planning and decision‑making.
- Lead and support sales coordination activities, including pricing strategies, contract administration, and workflow optimization.
- Provide guidance to the sales team and ensure alignment with company objectives and service standards.
- Other ad‑hoc duties may be assigned from time to time by management.
