Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Fully responsible to lead the sales team and business development for the sales operations to achieve and increase the target.
2. Monitor purchase team and oversee the goods purchases. Negotiate with suppliers when necessary.
3. Plan and improve the existing business strategies to increase sales.
4. Monitors competitors by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products 5. 5. Needs to handle documentations.
6. Responding to and dealing with customer communication by email and telephone and handle customers complaints.
7. Train and streamline new sales staffs on sales techniques and operational duties.
8. Monitor stock and stock movements. Monitoring and Keeping stock control systems up to date and making sure inventories are accurate to avoid stock overflow or shortage.
9. Ensure procurement and warehouse space are proportional. planning future capacity requirements
