Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
• Proven experience in sales management or equivalent role
• Demonstrated ability in developing strategies that increase sales performance
• Knowledge of CRM software is a plus
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to lead and motivate a team of sales professionals
