What you’ll be doing

Reporting to the General Manager, Sales – Managed Services, this is a critical leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic client engagement, while leading, empowering, and optimising the performance of high-performing sales teams.

This role requires a hands-on, commercially astute leader with a strong passion for client engagement, a proven ability to scale a business, and a proactive mindset to address client challenges and unlock growth opportunities.

You will be accountable for achieving sales targets, driving team performance and development, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction. This role will play a pivotal part in strengthening Atturra’s market presence and profitability across Australia, with a key focus on Victoria and New South Wales.
