Job Summary

Sales Manager – Western Canada responsible for developing new accounts and generating new business in Western Canada for Process & Steam Specialties (PSS Group). Reports to the General Manager. Requires strong relationship building with customers, specification engineers, and key actors to optimize customer engagement, satisfaction, retention, and brand promotion.

Responsibilities

  • Sell Process Steam system products and services and lead the sales team to achieve maximum revenues and business objectives in the assigned territory.
  • Collaborate with leadership to create and execute a sales strategy and plan for Winnipeg and other strategic cities in Western Canada, including prospecting, qualifying, and cultivating new sales leads and enhancing existing account sales.
