Role Overview:


Responsible for selling the Bank’s acquired real estate properties by securing the best possible offers from qualified buyers within target timelines and acceptable returns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source buyers through direct sales and an established broker network

  • Secure and validate offers from buyers, ensuring conformity for broker-assisted transactions

  • Arrange and conduct site trippings and property inspections with prospects and brokers

  • Ensure complete and accurate submission of buyers’ documentary requirements

  • Evaluate sales proposals and endorse them for management approval
  • Job Qualifications:

  • Graduate of a four-year college degree, preferably in a business-related course

  • At least 3 years of experience in real estate sales in a bank, real estate company, or brokerage firm
