Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and related documentation.
  • Process and track customer orders from receipt to delivery.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and customer databases.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Sales Support
  • Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and reports.
  • Monitor sales performance and generate regular sales reports.
  • Support lead management and customer follow-up activities.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide administrative support.
Data Management & Reporting
  • Update and maintain CRM systems and sales databases.
  • Analyze sales data and prepare weekly/monthly KPI reports.
