Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Process Impact Assessment

  • Understand and forecast the impact that changes in account assignments have on overall business processes.

    Evaluate how account assignments interface with various systems and tools.

  • Data Management & Reporting

  • Maintain and deliver standard and ad-hoc reports to sales and segment organizations.

    Reconcile data across multiple sources, identify data irregularities, and implement corrections to ensure accurate variable compensation processing.

  • Sales Compensation and Performance Analysis

  • Play a key role in the monthly compilation and processing of sales reports, compensation calculators, and payout statements.

    Deliver and monitor new hire reports to ensure timely distribution of compensation documents.
