What You'll Be Doing Manage the overall account relationship and day‑to‑day sales activities by providing service and support to the assigned customer base 
Work with internal and external resources to facilitate quoting, demand fulfillment, and troubleshooting customer requirements 
Own Quote to Order processes and order preparation for specified customers, coordinating resources, processing quotations, and working with management to set pricing 
Partner with supplier contacts and internal departments to resolve pre‑sales issues and proactively notify customers of delivery‑status changes
