+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
+ 6 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy or corporate advisory role.
**Preferred qualifications:**
+ 7 years of experience or above in sales operations, business analysis, planning, or goal setting.
+ Experience in Google Sheets/Slides, with SQL skills.
+ Experience with sales incentive structures and planning.
+ Experience in Hardware, Consumer Electronics, or FMCG.
+ Ability to analyze complex data and deliver strategic recommendations.
