Summary of Role
We are seeking a versatile and highly adaptable Sales Operations Specialist to manage a multi-functional role supporting internal revenue operations, client services, and infrastructure projects. This position is designed for a proactive utility player who can navigate shifting weekly priorities across HubSpot and Salesforce while driving operational excellence and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Internal Revenue Operations (RevOps) (60%)
- Manage pre-sales contract processing and RevOps workflows.
- Perform light HubSpot CRM admin/data hygiene.
- Identify/resolve bottlenecks in the internal lead-to-contract cycle.
Internal Infrastructure Project Management (10-20%)
