Responsibilities
- Lead by example to her subordinates by providing excellent customer service by offering product information, recommendations and answers to customer queries.
- Leads in maintaining and growing the clientele base through excellent customer service, active engagement and regular communication with customers
- Initiate to staff to hit monthly sales targets by conducting upselling and cross-selling of products to process sales transactions.
- Guiding the staff in maintaining inventory and keeping of the sales floor organized, clean and comfortable.
- Ensure customers are well-informed on any current sales, rewards programs, and store return policy.
Qualifications
- College Graduate
- With at least 5 years retail experience. Experience in Cigar product or handling a luxury men's brand is a plus.
