Job Description
We are looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to join our Sales Strategy & Operations Team. This individual will be primarily responsible for supporting our Sales teams. The role focuses on optimizing sales processes, providing strategic insights, and leveraging data and automation to accelerate growth.
What You’ll Do
- Optimize our lead generation, routing, and conversion systems
- Analyze funnel performance, provide data‑driven strategic insights to sales leadership, and implement prioritized strategies
- Analyze sales channel/campaign performance and identify areas for improvement (e.g., A/B messaging, targeting, and sequences)
- Create dashboards and reporting systems to track KPIs, such as acquisition, conversion, activation, and revenue using Salesforce, G‑sheets or Snowflake
