Overview
This role plays a critical part in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timely resolution of sales attainment data. The position combines daily operational execution with strong analytical capabilities and cross‑functional coordination.
Core Responsibilities
- Own daily monitoring, analysis, and resolution of attainment‑related tickets, ensuring issues are accurately reflected in sales attainment and downstream reporting.
- Validate that ticket resolutions are fully implemented and visible in seller‑facing tools and internal reporting.
- Partner cross‑functionally with Sales Operations, Finance, IT, and other stakeholders to drive efficient resolution and remove blockers.
- Produce and leverage data analytics to track ticket performance and identify systemic issues.
