Sales Order Processor

Job Purpose

The Sales Order Processor is responsible for accurately receiving, validating, and processing customer purchase orders in a timely manner. This role ensures that all orders are aligned with customer requirements, pricing agreements, and company policies, supporting smooth order fulfillment and excellent customer service.

What You’ll Do

  • Receive and review customer purchase orders for accuracy and completeness
  • Encode sales orders in the ERP system promptly and accurately
  • Verify product availability, pricing, terms, and delivery schedules
  • Coordinate with the Sales, Warehouse, and Logistics teams for timely order fulfillment
  • Communicate order status, delivery updates, or discrepancies to customers and internal teams
