Job Description

Provide data-based decision support to the President

  • Produce expert analysis and actionable recommendations from sales data, performance dashboards, forecasts, and trend reports.
  • Evaluate gaps and propose solutions to improve sales outcomes.

Coordinate Sales Team Operations

  • Ensure the sales team has systems, tools, and processes to operate efficiently.
  • Act as the central operations facilitator between sales leaders, CRM/ERP, logistics, admin, and service.

Design & Standardize Sales Processes

  • Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs), sales playbooks, presentation templates, pricing guidelines, and pipeline optimization techniques.

Coach & Mentor Sales Team Members

  • Train and develop sales staff in best practices, CRM usage, lead management, presentation skills, and conversion techniques.
