Recognized as a UK Top Employer 2025 and for the last 3 consecutive years, we are looking for a Sales Performance & Power BI Analyst to join our team and strengthen our Sales Performance department based out of London Victoria.

The Sales Performance department operates under the direct leadership of the Commercial Performance Director and works closely with the Sales Leadership and the Management Team. Our core focus is to drive sales growth through strategic commission adjustments, sales promotions & incentives initiatives, and analysis of sales performance to support data-driven decision-making. Together, we work with the sales team to achieve our ambitious double-digit growth targets year over year.
